Mrs Brown’s Boys is returning for Christmas

The BBC has revealed that the popular Irish sitcom ‘Mrs Brown’s Boys’ created by Brendan O’Carroll will debut a new Christmas special next month as part of its holiday line-up.

This year, the plot will explores the Christmas in the Brown household and Agnes and her family, and how they are trying to get used to “the new normal life”. Mrs Brown has a new tree, Grandad has a new complaint and Buster and Dermot have new jobs, helping to raise awareness of the coronavirus, and much more… Let’s see what the Brown family will be up to this special Christmas. 

In 2019, the Brown family’s matriarch returned to a festive episode, entitled “A Wonderful Mammy”, that attracted more than seven million viewers in UK and 2 million viewers in Ireland when it was aired.

Doctor Who, Call the Midwife, Motherland, The Goes Wrong Show, Ghosts, Not Going Out, King Gary,  and Mrs Brown’s Boys are among the shows that will be in this year’s Christmas TV schedule, according to BBC .
